1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pretrcancr's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Pretrcancr provides custom woodworking services, including:

• Custom table manufacturing with solid wood and epoxy resin
• Furniture restoration services
• Design consultation and project planning
• Workshop visits and educational content

3. Order Process and Contracts

3.1 Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified and are subject to material availability and workshop capacity.

3.2 Orders

Orders are confirmed only after:

• Written acceptance of quotation
• Receipt of required deposit (typically 50% of total cost)
• Finalization of design specifications
• Establishment of delivery timeline

3.3 Design Changes

Changes to approved designs may result in additional costs and extended delivery times. All changes must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project complexity.

4.2 Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
• Remaining balance due upon completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or cash
• Late payment fee: 2% per month on overdue amounts

5. Delivery and Risk Transfer

5.1 Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to material availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5.2 Risk Transfer

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup from our workshop, whichever occurs first.

5.3 Installation

Installation services are available for an additional fee. Professional installation is recommended for large or complex pieces.

6. Quality and Warranties

6.1 Craftsmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 2 years from delivery date, covering:

• Structural defects in joinery
• Finish defects under normal use conditions
• Hardware failures not due to misuse

6.2 Natural Wood Characteristics

Natural wood characteristics such as grain variation, color differences, and minor checking are not considered defects and add to the unique character of each piece.

6.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or negligence
• Environmental damage (excessive moisture, heat, etc.)
• Modifications made by third parties

7. Cancellation and Returns

7.1 Customer Cancellation

Custom orders may be cancelled:

• Within 48 hours of order confirmation: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Before production begins: 50% refund of deposit
• After production begins: No refund available

7.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of material unavailability, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, full deposits will be refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

All design work, plans, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Pretrcancr unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers receive rights to use designs only for their specific commissioned piece.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods or services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the contract value
• Delays in delivery or installation

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, material shortages, or government regulations.

11. Website Usage

11.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

• Unauthorized copying of content
• Attempting to breach security measures
• Transmitting harmful or malicious code
• Violating applicable laws or regulations

11.2 Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of website content. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
